NIT are changing journalism.

The early 21 century has proved perhaps the most significant period of change for journalists. The emergence of new information technologies has resulted in a changing role for journalists. As a result of rapid technological change, journalism as a profession has progressed. With the help of television, radio and the Internet, people are able to get fresh news at one time from the remote areas of the world. The cable viewers in Almaty today are able to see what happened in Washington, D.C., or Tokyo.
Journalism isn’t defined or devised by any specific rules. But there are different styles of journalism and different medium. In my opinion, blogging cannot be legitimately called journalism, as it mostly consists from opinion articles. The importance of the blogging is not necessarily whether it is journalism or not, but the effect how is it in journalism and how its effect on public and political opinion. As I know many international cooperations will monitor blogs see what people are saying about them.
“A friend of mine who works for the world economic summit was a subject of very serious blogging campaign,” said S4C journalist Tim Hartley, “after he had published his critical article on the Internet within an hour that story has gun through web-sites and blogs around the world. So he answered back a thousands of e-mails, because people had blog each other saying complain about this article”.
So the power of the blog is complain. Blogs are made journalism wealthier and richer.
“The other issue with the blogs is that many many politicians are now having blogs themselves. And this is a great source to know what their views on the whole host of issues”.
However asking people opinion, 60 blogs for and 40 blogs against, it is does not mean the public opinion it is simply mean the number of blogs. Moreover, in many countries not everybody has an access to the Internet.
Will blogs overtake journalism? No. I’ve already answer and left my comments to Anvar.
I do not think blogs will overtake journalism. Many journalists have blogs, journalists are paid by the company to have a blog, to write their thoughts, opinion and their will updated three or four times a day. The blogs and comments are addition to journalism.
“It is rather like saying will the paper of the international newspaper overtake the journalism. But the last pages are very interesting and very important, but we still have the newspaper and we still have articles written”.
Maybe the certain blogs are so interesting but people prefer to look at BBC and trust to National Business magazine.
Blogger sphere has made everybody journalist and publisher what we’ve seen is the declining in a sales of a traditional newspapers. However, if the number of people who are reading newspapers decreasing there is no end for them. Some people just like to feel newspapers.
There are only five media in which I could be trust; the person himself defines which four or five media to trust.

Soy's way to make her blog full of visitors:-)

Soy with her "Top 10 reasons why nobody reads your blog " resource, found a cool way how to make her blog full of visitors and comments;-) I liked this post very very much.

(just for fun:-) you may read: Who is BoRat? Is it ethical?

“Borat Sagdiev” is the most scandal satiric character of the Kazakh broadcast journalist. The character of the naive Kazakh broadcast journalist, which in a caricature way deride the Kazakh way of life, their culture and customs(!). Several times his performances arouse the painful reaction from the Kazakhstani Government. But who is BoRat? Does he exist?
“Borat” it is the most scandal invention of the British comedian, Sasha Baron Cohan. This parody figure is the author's property of the МTV. The television network several years broadcast it in a comic serial “Day Ali Dzhi Shou”. MTV represents “Borat” as the sixth most known person in Kazakhstan. “Borat Sagdiev” is not the first and last scandal invention, but exactly this character annoys our government and some analysts of the Mass culture. The name of “Borat” rarely appears in the Kazakstani press and some people even do not know that this character exists.
Actually Borat’s appearance is not similar to Kazakh, and his “Kazakh speech” full of Polish words,ha-ha:-). The character could be interesting only for narrow-minded person without any moral values. The way of his performance? Well, usually he asks questions to different people, but during the interview-draw speaks itself, libel Kazakhstan and its population. Also he enjoys (mentally sick person) to shock with his talent USA authorities.
For example he says: “We the Kazakhstani people like to kill the animals just for fun. It is so funny. When you kill the animal you can feel an incredible satisfaction. Also we like to shot the dogs, we enjoy that”. Or He says that in Kazakhstan the women are the last value after the God, man, horse and dog. Nonsense!!! And a lot of other rubbish.
The Authorities of the KZ says after investigation it was found that Sasha Cohan mentally ill. He is not related to KZ. Moreover, he has never been in Kazakhstan. That is way it will be foolish to give this case the worldwide significance. The KZ Government says, it is not a question to transform the business of the private person into the object of the state importance. People are different.

The best advice on writing

“If you want to write, why don’t you?”
“I don’t have the talent.”
“How do you know?”
“I just know. I mean, I’m not especially creative. I was never, well, one of the creative ones. You know.”
“I don’t know. Let me see something you’ve written.”
“Well, I don’t, uh, have anything..”
“Why don’t you sit down and write something right now.”
“What?”
“Anyhting. Try a news story about a meeting you’ve just attended. Or just get something off your mind, something you’ve been thinking about, something that irritates you, an event or a person or place you keep remembering.”
“But I don’t know where to start. I don’t know how you do it. Writing’s a mystery to me.”

But writing isn’t a mistery. It is a process, a logical series of language acts than anyonewhocan write-- and read what they have written—can perform.

The best advice on writing: “Write what makes you happy.” (O. Henry)
